Who we are
Kiesproduct B.V. ("Shoparize") is a Premium Google CSS (Comparison Shopping Service). We represent web shops by managing product listings and advertising campaigns. This privacy policy explains how we handle personal data when you interact with us as a website visitor, client, platform user, or business prospect.
This privacy policy applies to the following categories of individuals:
- Website visitors: individuals who visit partner.shoparize.com
- Clients and business contacts: representatives of web shops, marketing agencies, affiliate networks and other business partners
- Platform users: individuals who use the Shoparize platform in the context of a client agreement
- Prospects: individuals whose publicly available business information Shoparize processes for commercial purposes
This privacy policy does not apply to applicants, employees and temporary workers.
When Shoparize processes data on behalf of its clients (e.g. as a CSS partner managing campaigns for web shops), we act as a Processor and the client's privacy policy applies.

What data we collect and why
To deliver our services (legal basis: performance of contract)
When you become a client, we process your contact details, company information, payment details, and account data. For logged-in platform users, we collect product usage data (feature interactions, sessions, conversions) to improve the platform experience. We also request read-only Google Analytics access to collect conversions generated exclusively by Shoparize. We do not store or share your Google Analytics data.

We collect publicly available business information from sources such as LinkedIn, company websites, and the Chamber of Commerce to identify and contact potential clients. This is limited to professional contact data. You can object to this at any time.
To manage payments and collections (legal basis: performance of contract / legitimate interest)
We process data for invoicing, reminders, and where necessary, creditworthiness assessments and collection procedures.
To send marketing communications (legal basis: consent)
With your consent, we send newsletters, market offers, and invitations. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To comply with legal obligations (legal basis: legal obligation)
We process data to meet fiscal, regulatory, and other legal requirements.
To defend against legal claims (legal basis: legitimate interest)
We may process data to defend against legal claims where necessary.
Who we share data with
We share personal data with service providers who support our operations, including IT providers, cloud hosting, payment processors, advisers, and the marketing and analytics tools listed below. We enter into data processing agreements with all processors. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. You can also withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
Contact info@shoparize.com and we will respond within one month. To verify your identity, we may ask for a copy of a valid ID document (use the KopieID app to redact BSN, passport photo, and MRZ).
If we cannot resolve your concern, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Changes
